My 16 yr old got top/bottom braces against her wishes (at first) however she has come to LOVE the staff, her visits AND the results thus far.(though NOT even halfway thru) The staff is kind, efficient, understanding and flexible. I appreciate them making this journey a much more pleasant one. Highly recommend

I appreciate the managers at the call center for this office. I called very upset about some things, and after a while of discussion, Julie actually took the time to listen to my frustrations and acknowledged my experiences from my perspective. She didn't just write me off and treat me like I didn't matter or treat me like I'm just an angry person withno purpose. I was literally crying my eyes out talking to her because I was soooo upset. She has no idea how much I appreciate her taking time to have what can be considered an uncomfortable conversation about customer service and perspective with me. She saw me as a person, got to the root of my frustration, erased any preconceived thoughts about my situation, and then professionally de-escelated the conversation and approached it with compassion and care and helped me get to my next steps. She cleared the lines of communication and explained to me step by step what my options and next moves were. Thank you for taking the time to listen to understand rather than listen to defend when you talked to me. That is every customer's dream.
