1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to U.S. residents only, and who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant (“You”) agrees to abide by these rules, and You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.

3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted on Facebook and Instagram starting on April 9th, 2021 at 8:00am Eastern Time and ending May 14th, 2021 at 11:59pm Eastern Time.

4. How to Enter: To be entered to win, contestants must share the Metal Mouth Rockumentary on Facebook or Instagram (feeds or stories), Like the @wgmortho Facebook page or follow @wgmortho on Instagram, and Tag three people in the comment section. For an extra entry, contestants may post a selfie on their feed or story with a cut-out found in one of the White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics offices and tag @wgmortho. You may only enter once. This means you may not enter more than once using multiple accounts and/or social media platforms.The entry must fulfill all requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics.

5. Prize: One winner will be drawn, and will receive a trip to Disney World. This includes airfare and a three night stay at the Disney World resort for four people. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the discretion of White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics.The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for White, Greer & Maggard to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics. The winner will be announced on May 15th, 2021 on White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics’ Facebook and Instagram accounts.If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT WHITE, GREER & MAGGARD ORTHODONTICS’ SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics, anyone acting on behalf of White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics, and White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics’ licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

9. Terms & Conditions: White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such cases, White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics. White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made,White Greer & Maggard Orthodontics reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: Your entry into this giveaway constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND KENTUCKY, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Entrant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Giveaway, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Kentucky having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway). The participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
